Today, we're proud to announce an exciting course that will teach you the full stack developer process of creating a web app using the MEAN stack.
The course is a total of 3 hours and 30 minutes, during which time you will follow along with Gary, all the way from the design process, to the coding process.
The web app you're going to build is based on the exact project that's featured at CodePost.net. Visit the site to see exactly what you will learn how to build.
This web app is based on the MEAN stack, which stands for:
It's a powerful development stack for creating amazing web apps. But this course is not just about development, it's also about design.
The initial modules will show you the full design process, including the creation of a suitable and relevant logo design. Then, you will step into Adobe Experience Design (Adobe XD) to design an interactive design/prototype of the app. This is a very important step in the process of product development, as it provides you with a solid idea of how the app will look and work.
After the design has been handled, you will begin development work by setting up the MEAN stack. This includes installing a new Angular project with the Angular CLI, installing and setting up an Express server, and then creating a MongoDB. We will also create a RESTful API for handling communication to and from the MongoDB.
The rest of the course will be spent working within Angular, both coding and styling the app.
